hot take: movies cutting scenes that reveal a character is lgbt and then confirming it in interviews is.. not representation
Also, movies having scenes that confirm a nameless character as LGBT with no bearing on the plot that could easily be cut for international distributions…is not representation
Having one of 2 LGBT characters being dead isn’t good representation, especially if it’s not actually discussed in the show.
Having the only LGBT characters be monsters/aliens/some sort of mythical creatures when humans do exist isn’t good representation.
Having two lgbt characters end up together in the last 15 seconds of the show is not good representation.
